We acknowledge that yoga is not learnt in a week, month or even year, but for one week we hope to give you an immersive insight into what yoga is. From there, perhaps you will have been inspired.
Our beginners retreats commence on Sunday Afternoon with a 14:00 check in, and then straight into your first class at 18.00. By the time you hit the sack in our down to earth eco cottages, you will already have nourished body, mind and stomach with a delicious vegetarian meal and a class in yoga philosophy. Every morning kick starts at 6am with a cup of warm Ayurvedic herbal tea, followed by a meditation before breakfast and a Yoga Asana once you have digested! The afternoons include more yoga, delicious food and a few unmissable excursions to temples, islands and beaches. We even promise to include our infamous cooking classes with the owner Danesh himself, who has a passion for all things culinary and kerala, and will share his enthusiasm and creativity with you over a delicious meal. By the time check out arrives the following Sunday, we are sure to have delivered beginners taste into the age old world of Yoga, and from here can send you off to embark on a lifelong journey of self discovery we re waiting to welcome your aboard welcome home!
